Game Notes

The Flyers committed 20 turnovers in their 82-64 loss to the Dukes which had been their season high until they committed 21 in their Wednesday win @ Charlotte.

A lackluster conference season for Dayton, as Brian Gregory's Flyers continue to perform below expectations on the road in the A10 with a 3-4 record. The Flyers are 3-2 at UD Arena, but have already lost to Temple and Richmond at home and have the Dukes and Xavier remaining on their home schedule.

The Dukes are #1 in the A10 in scoring offense with 80.2 ppg while the Flyers are 9th at 67.8 points ppg.   The Dukes are second in the conference in field goal percentatge at 46.3% while Dayton is 13th at 40.5%.   And the Dukes have risen to second in the A10 in blocked shots with 5.5 per game while the Flyers are last in the A10 averaging 3.0 per game.

DU is 69-10 (17-2 in 2011) when leading with 5:00 minutes left under Ron Everhart.
